No! Our quarterly workbooks are available to anyone. You can purchase and use one on your own or bring it into your Seventh Setting experience.

Membership includes one curated table each month, access to the Seventh Setting online community, our Member Library, member resources, and member-only experiences and perks.

The cost varies depending on the restaurant and experience. Separate from the Seventh Setting pairing (seat) fee, most guests typically spend around $40–$75 on their dining bill. This usually includes their meal and any drinks they choose to order.

Members meet once a month, typically on the second Tuesday at 7 PM. Each table is a small-group experience at a curated cocktail lounge or similar venue.

You’ll meet a small group of women, enjoy a drink, and take part in guided conversations and activities connected to the current quarterly workbook. Each table is designed to give you a chance to connect, hear new perspectives, and check in on what you’re working toward.

Yes! Your quarterly workbook is designed to be part of the experience. Bring it with you so you can participate in the activities, take notes, and keep track of what you take away from each table.

Quarterly workbooks are sold separately from the monthly membership. A new workbook is released each quarter so you can continue the experience and focus on a new set of tools and themes.

Yes! Our online community is open to members beyond the cities where we currently host tables. As Seventh Setting expands, new cities and in-person tables will be added.

Not exactly. While you may make valuable connections, Seventh Setting is centered around conversation, community, and personal growth, not pitching yourself or collecting business cards.

Your membership remains active, but missed tables do not roll over or convert into cash or credit unless otherwise stated. You can join the next available monthly table.

Yes. Membership is recurring, and you can cancel future renewals according to the cancellation terms provided at checkout. Your access remains active through the period you've already paid for.

Our regular in-person tables are currently 21+. Specific experiences may have different age requirements, which will always be listed with the event details.
