We believe growth doesn’t always require a major life overhaul. Sometimes it starts with getting clear on what matters, making a plan, having the right conversation, and finally taking the next step.
Our goal is simple: give women the tools, space, and community to think it through, make a plan, and do something about it.
Because you don't have to figure everything out at once. You just have to keep moving forward.

Okay, so like… I’ve always believed that meaningful connection needs the right setting. I wanted to create a space where women could show up as they are, be transparent, and have the time and intention to connect beyond the surface.
That’s where Seventh Setting began. A setting created for women to slow down, open up, and explore what it means to build genuine community together.
